Data-Driven Faculty Interventions: Utilize detailed mock examination analytics via central tracking systems to design and deploy highly focused, small-group numeracy and geometry interventions before and after school.
Exemplary Pastoral Mentorship: Fulfil full form tutor and academic mentor responsibilities within an established year group structure, managing daily registration, delivering high-quality pastoral units, and maintaining proactive, professional communication with families.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching credential, paired with a strong honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related highly quantitative discipline.
