What You'll Do

Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support.

Resolve Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking issues.

Install and support PCs, software and other IT equipment.

Assist with upgrades, migrations and IT projects.

Provide basic support for servers, backups and security systems.

Record and manage support requests through to resolution.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with previous IT experience, good technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be confident communicating with users and comfortable working both independently and within a technical team.
