Are you a motivated Teaching Assistant seeking a role in a friendly Redbridge school from January 2026? The Teaching Assistant will support class teachers by delivering intervention programmes, supporting inclusion, assisting with assessment activities and helping to maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment. This Teaching Assistant role starts January 2026, with induction and handover sessions in the weeks before January 2026.

Main duties
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions and track pupil progress.
- Support whole-class teaching by scaffolding activities and modelling strategies to pupils.
- Help prepare teaching resources, maintain learning areas and support school routines in Redbridge.
- Assist with pastoral duties, supervise playgrounds and support transitions between lessons.
- Keep accurate records and contribute to review meetings with teachers and leaders.
