Main duties
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions and track pupil progress.
- Support whole-class teaching by scaffolding activities and modelling strategies to pupils.
- Help prepare teaching resources, maintain learning areas and support school routines in Redbridge.
- Assist with pastoral duties, supervise playgrounds and support transitions between lessons.
- Keep accurate records and contribute to review meetings with teachers and leaders.
