An Ofsted Outstanding primary school in Solihull is seeking an HR Officer to join its support staff team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work within a supportive school environment, providing HR support across recruitment, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations.

The Role

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Managing employee records and HR systems

  • Coordinating safeguarding and compliance checks

  • Assisting with absence management and HR administration

  • Providing first-line HR support to staff and leaders

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Previous HR or school administration experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Good IT and record management skills

  • The legal right to work in the UK

Salary & Contract

  • Β£30,000 – Β£36,000

  • Permanent

  • Full-time
