An established international school in London is looking to appoint a highly organised and professional HR Assistant to join its team on a part-time, permanent basis from 11 August 2026. Working across the full HR function, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to take on a varied role within a professional and international environment.
The Role
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Completing pre-employment checks and maintaining the Single Central Register
- Preparing payroll information and processing staff changes
- Coordinating probation and exit processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting with HR reporting and general administration
- Supporting the wider HR team with day-to-day queries
About You
The school is looking for someone who is highly organised, discreet and confident handling sensitive information. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and strong IT ability are essential. CIPD Level 3 or a degree in Law or Business would be advantageous. French language skills would also be beneficial, particularly within this international environment.
