A successful primary school in Hounslow is looking to appoint a Site Manager to join the team from September 2026. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced premises professional who enjoys taking responsibility for a busy school site. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll ensure the school remains safe, secure, and maintained to a high standard throughout the year.
The Role
As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises, ensuring the buildings and grounds are well maintained and fully compliant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the school site
- Carrying out planned maintenance and minor repairs
- Leading and supporting the premises team where required
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring completed works
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Opening and securing the school site
- Monitoring site security and reporting maintenance issues
- Supporting school events and lettings when needed
