What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing equipment and materials for lessons
- Setting up practical experiments
- Supporting teachers and students
- Maintaining laboratories and prep rooms
- Looking after scientific equipment
- Managing chemicals and consumables
- Monitoring stock and placing orders
- Completing equipment and safety checks
- Maintaining COSHH records
- Supporting practical examinations where required
About You
Previous experience as a Science Technician is preferred, particularly within a secondary school.
You’ll be organised, practical and confident working with laboratory equipment, chemicals and scientific resources.
