We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Year 6 Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils through their final year of primary education and preparing them for secondary school.

This role will involve teaching a diverse Year 6 class with varying learning needs, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are looking for a teacher who is reflective, adaptable, and committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom where every child can achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver stimulating, differentiated lessons that prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments and beyond.

  • Assess, track, and celebrate pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and interventions.
