A well-established Hounslow public school seeks a caring, creative Nursery Teacher to lead early years provision from January 2026. This is a full-time position perfect for a Nursery Teacher who loves play-based learning and working closely with families and colleagues.
Role summary — The Nursery Teacher will:
- Design imaginative play activities and lead group times;
- Support language development through stories, song and talk;
- Implement early number routines;
- Assess children’s development, plan next steps and prepare transition information for Reception.
Pre-term planning is expected before January 2026 and induction begins in January 2026.
Requirements:
- QTS/EYTS (or equivalent) with nursery experience;
- Excellent communication and partnership working with families;
- Organised, reflective and passionate about early years practice;
- Available for planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to start in post from January 2026.
