We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and committed Geography Teacher to join the successful Humanities faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Hounslow area of West London. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026.

The successful applicant will be an inspirational and highly effective Geography specialist dedicated to delivering rigorous and engaging lessons that foster curiosity about the world's human and physical processes. You'll be joining a supportive environment where fieldwork, data analysis, and critical thinking are central to the curriculum. Salary and Benefits include Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers. The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale. A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum is also included, along with excellent, structured professional development and career progression pathways.
