We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and committed Geography Teacher to join the successful Humanities faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Hounslow area of West London. This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately.

The successful applicant will be an inspirational and highly effective Geography specialist dedicated to delivering rigorous and engaging lessons that foster curiosity about the world's human and physical processes. Salary and Benefits:

  • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025).
  • A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
