A friendly and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support young children with additional needs in a nurturing and structured learning environment.

The Role
You will work with children in Nursery or Reception who have a range of Special Educational Needs, including autism spectrum condition, speech and language needs, sensory processing difficulties, and developmental delay. Support will be provided on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will help children to:
- Access learning through play-based activities
- Develop communication and interaction skills
- Regulate emotions and behaviour
- Build independence and confidence
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised SEN support aligned with EHCPs and individual plans
- Support access to the EYFS curriculum
- Use visual timetables, routines, and sensory strategies
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Support transitions throughout the school day
- Assist with personal care and toileting where required
- Observe, monitor, and record progress
- Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
