CORE PURPOSE
We require an ambitious, highly skilled primary teacher to deliver high-quality Key Stage 2 (KS2) instruction to a Year 4 cohort. The role involves facilitating a challenging, broad, and balanced academic curriculum that deepens reading comprehension, mathematical reasoning, and independent inquiry, preparing pupils thoroughly for upper Key Stage 2 and their future learning pathways.
KEY TASKS & DAILY OPERATIONS

- Literacy & Mathematical Fluency: Drive high standards in writing composition and complex reading analysis, alongside embedding robust mathematical reasoning and times table automaticity in preparation for national check milestones.
- Academic Progress Monitoring: Implement rigorous formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to design sharp, targeted small-group interventions that bridge learning gaps.
