About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & HR Assistant to join the school office on a full-time, permanent basis starting January 2026. The successful candidate will:
- Support the HR processes, including recruitment, contracts, and staff records
- Provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth daily running of the school
- Assist with onboarding, compliance checks, and communications
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to maintain effective HR and administrative systems
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration and/or HR, ideally within a school or similar environment
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
