You'll be passionate about your subject and committed to helping every student achieve their potential.
The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards achieving it.
Have a degree in English or a closely related subject.
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for English Language and Literature.
Build positive relationships with students based on encouragement, challenge and mutual respect.
Have high expectations for academic achievement, behaviour and personal development.
Be reflective, collaborative and committed to continual professional growth.
