We are seeking a proactive, organised and practical Site Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Hertfordshire from January. This role is essential to the smooth running of the school and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:- Managing the safety, security and maintenance of the school site
- Conducting regular health & safety inspections and compliance checks
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Managing contractors, cleaning staff and site schedules
- Supporting events, examinations and out-of-hours activities
- Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and presentable at all times
- Experience in site management, caretaking or facilities
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation and building maintenance
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
