Wayman Education is recruiting a full-time School Administrator for an Outstanding secondary school in Hertfordshire, starting January. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting daily school operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes across departments.

Responsibilities
- Managing the school’s front office and reception area
- Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries
- Maintaining student records, attendance data and safeguarding documentation
- Supporting HR, admissions and general administrative duties
- Preparing letters, reports, timetables and communication documents
- Providing high-level administrative support to teaching and leadership teams
Experience and Qualifications
- School administration experience preferred but not essential
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Salary Paid in line with the support staff salary scale.
