- Analytical Data Tracking: Guide examination cohorts systematically through the demands of multi-part GCSE and A-Level case study papers, teaching pupils how to structure high-scoring extended prose responses using precise business terminology and financial data manipulation.
- Closing Progress Gaps: Identify and target learning barriers within mixed-ability cohorts, deploying structured scaffolding, business model templates, and targeted financial literacy interventions to accelerate the progress of all pupils, including those with SEND.
- Inclusive Pastoral Support: Fulfil full form tutor responsibilities within an established year group structure, supporting pupil wellbeing, managing daily registration routines, and maintaining proactive, positive communication with families.
