This is a full-time, year-round position, ideal for a hands-on caretaking supervisor, commercial maintenance coordinator, or skilled trade specialist looking to coordinate physical safety, school event setups, and campus upkeep.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day safety, cleaning logistics, and mechanical efficiency of the school site. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating caretaker shift patterns
- Managing the building management system (BMS)
- Tracking raw utility data
- Running automated room comfort calibrations
- Overseeing the completion and logging of all statutory safety checks—including weekly fire alarm testing, legionella water safety cycles, emergency lighting diagnostics, and physical site security
You will act as a primary link with the School Business Manager, academic staff, and visiting sub-contractors, requiring absolute professionalism, clear communication, and meticulous documentation tracking at all times.

- Strong practical skills across general maintenance operations (such as minor carpentry, basic plumbing, and structural repairs)
