The Role
Curriculum Delivery: Teach the full Year 3 curriculum through well-structured lessons.
Mathematical Confidence: Develop calculation fluency, reasoning and problem-solving.
Differentiated Learning: Adapt teaching to meet pupils’ individual needs.
Progress Monitoring: Assess understanding and use feedback to inform future planning.
The Candidate
Qualifications: Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Primary Expertise: Understands the expectations of lower Key Stage 2.
Inclusive Practice: Can support pupils who need additional guidance while extending confident learners.
Teamwork: Works effectively with teaching assistants and colleagues.
