The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Teach a small class of primary pupils with SEMH needs, supported by experienced teaching assistants
  • Develop and deliver creative, individualised lessons that engage and support pupils at different developmental levels
  • Foster emotional regulation, resilience and self-esteem through a trauma-informed approach
  • Collaborate with therapists, support staff, families and external agencies to support holistic development
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, with potential to lead on key areas (if applying for TLR)
