Our client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Hemel Hempstead. The school is seeking a teacher who is passionate about Science and able to inspire students through engaging, practical and challenging lessons.

The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4Science, with opportunities to contribute to a curriculum that encourages curiosity, scientific thinking and independent learning. You will join a department with experienced teachers, strong leadership and access to high-quality laboratory facilities and teaching resources.

This role would suit an experienced Science Teacher looking for a new challenge as well as an ECT seeking asupportive environmentin which todevelop their teachingcareer. Overseas-trained teachers with an appropriate teaching qualification and QTS are also encouraged to apply.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Science Teacher able to teach KS3 and KS4

  • Specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics desirable

  • Formal teaching qualification with QTS

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Passion for Science and the ability to engage students

  • Right to work in the UK
