This highly successful school is looking to appoint an inspiring Head of Drama to lead its dedicated and supportive team, starting January 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, forward-thinking practitioner to shape the direction of the subject, raise achievement, and bring Drama to life across the school.

The successful candidate will lead the teaching of Drama across a range of key stages, while driving curriculum development, mentoring colleagues, and championing performance and the arts throughout the school community.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Drama or Performing Arts related Degree

  • QTS or PGCE

  • Proven experience teaching Drama, with the skills and vision to lead a department

Salary

The salary for this Head of Drama position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS London + TLR.
