Key Responsibilities
- Prepare apparatus, chemicals and materials for practical Science lessons
- Support the delivery of experiments across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure resources are organised and stocked
- Carry out risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety and COSHH regulations
- Clean, maintain and safely store equipment and chemicals
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and demonstrations where required
- Order resources and manage inventory levels efficiently
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Science department
