A high-performing mixed secondary academy (11-18) in Harrogate is recruiting a proactive HR & Recruitment Officer to manage recruitment cycles, onboarding, and HR coordination across the school. This is a busy, varied role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment campaigns, advertising, shortlisting, and scheduling
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packs
- Process DBS checks, references, medical clearance, and vetting
- Update the Single Central Record daily
- Support HR Manager with ER casework and note-taking
- Coordinate induction and probation reviews
