About the Role
The successful candidate will deliver engaging Drama lessons across the age range, encouraging creativity, collaboration and performance skills. What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching Drama across KS3–KS5, with potential for examination classes.
- Directing or supporting school productions and performance events.

- Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in Performing Arts and across the school.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Drama, Theatre or a related discipline.
- A recognised teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for performance and storytelling.
- Ability to inspire pupils of varying abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
