A welcoming Primary School in Havant is seeking an organised and enthusiastic School Administrator to join its friendly office team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school office and providing high-quality support to staff, pupils and families. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the school's administrative team, ensuring the office runs efficiently while creating a warm and professional first impression for all visitors.

You will manage reception duties, answer telephone and email enquiries, greet visitors and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. You will maintain accurate pupil records, process admissions paperwork, update attendance information and assist with school communications.

Working alongside the Headteacher and Office Manager, you will organise meetings, prepare letters and reports, maintain confidential records and support the administration of school trips, clubs and events. You will also assist with ordering supplies, maintaining office systems and ensuring administrative deadlines are met throughout the academic year.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, outstanding communication abilities and the confidence to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a busy school office.
