A successful secondary school in the Hampshire area is looking to appoint a committed and detail-oriented Examinations Officer on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026. As Examinations Officer, you'll take the lead in coordinating all aspects of the examination process, ensuring assessments are delivered smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with national regulations.

The Role

  • Planning and submitting examination entries
  • Organising examination timetables, seating plans, and candidate information
  • Leading the recruitment, training, and deployment of examination invigilators
  • Ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and examination board requirements
  • Coordinating access arrangements with the SEND department
  • Maintaining secure storage and handling of confidential examination materials
  • Managing results, certification, and post-results services

The Successful Candidate
