As the Year 1 Teacher, you will deliver high-quality phonics, guided reading and early writing lessons. The Year 1 Teacher will create an organised, stimulating classroom where talk, vocabulary and number confidence thrive. The Year 1 Teacher will use formative assessment to track progress and run targeted small-group interventions.
