About the Role
You will play a key role in the admissions journey, from initial enquiries through to successful enrolment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to enquiries from prospective parents and applicants.
- Processing applications and maintaining accurate admissions records.
- Coordinating school tours, open days, interviews and admissions assessments.
- Preparing correspondence and information packs for prospective families.
- Liaising with academic departments and senior staff regarding applications.
- Monitoring application progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous admissions, education administration or customer-facing administrative experience.
- Experience in an independent school would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional, welcoming approach when dealing with families and senior stakeholders.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
