Salary: £25,000 – £28,500 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Term-time only
Hours: 08:30 – 16:00
Detailed Responsibilities
- Individual Support Plans (ISPs): Assisting in the creation and implementation of behavior plans, ensuring all teachers are aware of a student’s specific needs and strategies.
- Transition Support: Helping Year 6 students with behavioral needs settle into the secondary environment during the crucial first term.
- Career Mentoring: Helping older students see the link between their behavior in school and their future career or college prospects.
- Peer Mediation: Training older students to act as peer mentors to younger pupils, fostering a whole-school culture of responsibility.
