A thriving and creative 11–18 school in Gloucester is seeking an Art ECT to join their dynamic Visual Arts Department from January 2026. With 1,200 students and a “Good with Outstanding Features” Ofsted rating, the school has a strong focus on the arts and a supportive environment for early-career teachers. The Art Department plays a key role in shaping the school’s cultural identity, with students frequently achieving top GCSE and A-Level results.

This full-time, permanent role offers the perfect opportunity for a new teacher to develop their craft in a collaborative and inspiring department. You will teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5, guiding students in a range of disciplines including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital design. The department has dedicated studios, Mac suites, and gallery spaces to display student work.
