Are you an enthusiastic and motivated German ECT looking to begin your teaching career in an inspiring and supportive environment? An Outstanding Ofsted-rated boys’ secondary school in Merton (ages 11–18) is seeking a dedicated and creative German Teacher (ECT) to join their successful German Department from January 2026.

The Role

As a German ECT, you will:

Requirements
  • Is completing their PGCE or equivalent qualification and will hold QTS by January 2026.
  • Has a genuine passion for German and for helping young people reach their potential.
  • Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Is a strong communicator with excellent classroom management skills.
  • Values teamwork and is eager to contribute to a supportive learning community.
