A high-performing secondary school in Derbyshire is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of Geography to start in January 2026. This large 11–18 school enjoys a Good with Outstanding Ofsted rating and is recognised for its strong Humanities faculty and commitment to fieldwork-based learning. The department promotes enquiry-led Geography that inspires curiosity about the world.
The Geography team teaches across KS3–KS5 and integrates fieldwork, sustainability and data skills into every stage. Lessons make excellent use of the school’s digital mapping software and partnerships with local universities and environmental organisations.
