Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality French lessons across KS3βKS4 (and KS5 where applicable), developing pupils' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Student Outcomes: Track pupil progress, conduct targeted speaking practice, and prepare students thoroughly for GCSE French examinations.
Cultural & Curriculum Enrichment: Contribute to departmental resources, promote French culture and francophone traditions, and assist in organizing extra-curricular language clubs or overseas trips.
Qualifications: Relevant degree in French or Modern Foreign Languages alongside QTS or PGCE.
Skills: Near-native or native fluency in French, excellent classroom management, and the ability to foster enthusiasm for language learning across all ability levels.
