About the Role
You will teach Food Technology across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons that develop students’ confidence and competence in food preparation and nutrition. Students will explore topics including food safety, nutrition, dietary needs, food provenance, product development, and food science while developing practical cooking and evaluative skills. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level/Food Science and Nutrition qualifications where applicable, supporting them in building strong practical, analytical, and examination skills. You will work collaboratively within a successful department committed to maintaining outstanding standards of teaching and learning.
