An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in the London Borough of Brent is seeking a committed EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in Nursery and Reception.

The Role

- Manage emotions and behaviour

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised SEN support in line with EHCPs
- Support access to the EYFS curriculum
- Implement strategies advised by the SENCo and external professionals
- Use visual aids, routines, and sensory resources
- Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion
- Support with personal care and hygiene when necessary
- Observe, record, and report on progress
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures
