Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Spanish Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a well-regarded Independent School in Essex, known for its small class sizes, excellent pastoral care, and strong commitment to staff development.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Spanish ECT to join a supportive and collaborative Modern Foreign Languages Department where languages are highly valued. The department offers excellent mentoring, reduced teaching load for ECTs, and strong progression opportunities. Experience and Qualifications- Spanish ECT (or trainee due to qualify)
- Passion for language acquisition and Hispanic culture
- Ability to teach Spanish across KS3–KS5
- QTS (or pending), PGCE, or equivalent recognised qualification

- Eligibility to work in the UK
