An arts-focused comprehensive school in Maldon is seeking a part-time Drama Teacher to join its performing arts department. The successful candidate will deliver imaginative lessons and help students develop confidence, creativity and communication skills.

The Role

  • Practical Drama: Teach performance, improvisation, characterisation and devising.

  • Theatre Studies: Deliver GCSE and selected A-Level content.

  • Production Support: Assist with rehearsals, performances and technical planning.

  • Professional Practice: Introduce students to theatre practitioners and performance styles.

  • Creative Enrichment: Lead workshops, theatre visits and student showcases.

The Candidate

  • Relevant Degree: A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies or Performing Arts.
