This opportunity would suit a teacher who can inspire a love of literature, strengthen students' written communication and help learners develop the analytical skills needed for GCSE success.
The Role
- Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4.
- Deliver engaging lessons covering fiction, poetry, drama and non-fiction texts.
- Develop students' analytical writing, comprehension and examination technique.
- Use regular assessment to identify learning gaps and support individual progress.
- Contribute to shared planning, moderation and departmental development.
