An excellent opportunity has arisen for an English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Warwickshire. This is a full-time position beginning in January, open to Early Career Teachers who are looking for a supportive and ambitious school to complete their induction.

Full-time English Teacher required from January at a high-performing secondary school with excellent GCSE and A-Level results. The school offers a tailored induction and mentoring programme for Early Career Teachers, with enthusiastic pupils who have excellent behaviour and strong aspirations.

This is the ideal role for an Early Career Teacher eager to start their teaching journey in a well-supported and collaborative department. English is a flagship subject within the school, with 2023 GCSE results showing 76% of students achieving grade 5 and above, and A-Level results seeing 83% of candidates secure A*–C. The department has a wealth of shared resources, structured schemes of work, and experienced colleagues, ensuring new teachers are guided and supported every step of the way.

  • English Teacher with QTS (or pending QTS for ECTs)
  • Ability to teach English Literature and Language across KS3–KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
