Marchant Recruitment is seeking an Attendance Officer for a secondary school in Corby, Northants, to start ASAP.

The role is full-time but term-time only, 08:00–16:00, with responsibilities around student attendance, parent communications, and data reporting.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of students with attendance below 90%, support pupils and families, and contribute to attendance packs for Governors' meetings and Ofsted inspections.
