We’re working with a warm, inclusive SEN Unit in Enfield that is seeking a calm, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The setting prides itself on providing a nurturing, structured environment where every child’s unique needs are met with compassion, consistency, and expertise. The children you’ll support have a range of special educational needs, and each has their own strengths, challenges, and ways of communicating. Key Responsibilities
- Support children with personalised learning plans and individualised targets
- Assist with communication, sensory regulation, and social interaction
- Provide calm, nurturing support to help children feel safe and ready to learn

- Support with care routines where necessary (e.g., feeding, toileting, mobility)
- Work collaboratively with the SEN team, therapists, and teachers
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all students in your care
