I’m working with a welcoming and inclusive SEND school in Enfield, and they are seeking a compassionate, reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The school works with pupils who have a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, sensory processing needs, learning difficulties, and SEMH needs. Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across a range of SEND needs

- Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and therapists
- Supporting communication development using appropriate tools (PECS, basic Makaton, visuals)

- Creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment where pupils feel secure
