The Role
- Class Teaching: Take responsibility for a Year 3 class and deliver well-planned lessons.
- Curriculum: Teach English, mathematics, science and foundation subjects.
- Differentiation: Adapt learning to support pupils with varying attainment levels.
- Assessment: Use assessment information to inform planning and intervention.
- Behaviour: Establish consistent routines and encourage positive participation.
- Inclusion: Work with the SENDCo and support staff to meet individual needs.
- Parent Partnership: Communicate effectively with parents and carers.

- QTS.
- Primary teaching experience.
- Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge.
- Collaborative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
