Role: Site Manager
The Opportunity
A school in Enfield is looking for a dependable and proactive Site Manager to oversee its premises and ensure the site remains safe, secure and ready for the school day.
This role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in their surroundings and can confidently manage day-to-day site responsibilities.
The Role
You’ll help ensure the school buildings and grounds are well maintained, safe and fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities include:

Opening and securing the school site.

Completing routine maintenance and minor repairs.

Carrying out inspections and identifying potential hazards.

Coordinating external contractors and deliveries.

Monitoring heating, lighting and general site conditions.

Supporting health and safety checks and maintaining records.

Ensuring the school is prepared for daily activities and events.
About You
You’ll ideally have experience in caretaking, facilities management or site maintenance. You should be reliable, practical and comfortable working independently, with the confidence to identify problems and take appropriate action.
Previous school experience would be an advantage.
