About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the HR function

  • Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding

  • Complete and maintain pre-employment and safeguarding checks

  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

  • Monitor staff training, qualifications, and compliance documentation

  • Support absence and leave administration

  • Assist with HR reports and general employee enquiries

Candidate Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR, administration, or office-based role

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience working within a school or educational environment

  • Knowledge of safer recruitment procedures

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards one
