You will deliver structured lessons covering key economic principles and their practical applications. Topics may include supply and demand, market failure, inflation, unemployment, economic growth, fiscal policy and international trade, depending on the specification taught.
Students will develop their ability to interpret economic data, construct diagrams, evaluate policy decisions and build clear, evidence-based arguments. You will use contemporary examples to help pupils understand how economic developments affect consumers, businesses and the wider economy.
The role will involve planning lessons, marking written work, preparing students for examinations and tracking progress. You will support students in developing the analytical and evaluative skills required for success at A-Level.
