Our client, a highly regarded independent 11–18 school in Dudley, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive Inclusion Department as soon as possible. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work within a school known for its strong pastoral care, inclusive ethos and commitment to individual student success.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCo to support pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and social, emotional and mental health needs. You will provide in‑class support, deliver small‑group interventions and assist in implementing personalised learning plans.
