An experienced and ambitious English specialist is required to join an excellent secondary school in Dudley from September 2026. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a practitioner ready to take on a middle leadership role within a high-achieving and collaborative English department.

The Role
- Supporting the Head of Department in leading the English faculty to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

- Mentoring and supporting members of the department, including ECTs and trainee teachers.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
